Miniature 25 Pin Male J30J Connector with 1.27mm Pitch Metal Casing and Precision Twist Pins
The J30J series of micro rectangular electrical connectors comply with GJB2446A (equivalent to MIL-DTL-83513), corresponding to the American MDM series products. They feature precision twisted wire elastic pins with a contact piece spacing of 1.27mm. The compact product design utilizes metal casing with 12 specifications ranging from 9 to 144 pins. The insulator material uses PPS to meet high-temperature resistance and aerospace application requirements.
Plugs and sockets feature threaded locking, guidance, and misinsertion prevention. Termination forms include crimping, direct insertion, bending insertion, and welding. The crimped wire cross-sectional area ranges from 0.1mm² to 0.15mm², making it suitable for interconnection of various electronic and electrical systems requiring high density, miniaturization, lightweight, and high reliability.
