Description:
T7 drilling tapping center is a high-speed vertical CNC drill & tap machining center specially developed for mass precision machining. The whole machine adopts high-grade Meehanite cast iron with reinforced rib structure, featuring excellent rigidity, vibration damping performance and long-term stability under continuous high-speed operation.
Equipped with BT30 direct-drive spindle, maximum spindle speed reaches 20,000rpm (24,000rpm optional). Three axes adopt high-precision linear guideways and C3 grade pre-stretched ball screws, supporting rapid traverse up to 48m/min, greatly shortening idle moving time. It is fitted with a rotary servo tool magazine (16/21 tools optional), realizing ultra-fast tool change to cut cycle time significantly.
The machine supports rigid tapping, precision drilling, chamfering, light milling and contour machining in one clamping. With outstanding positioning accuracy and repeatability, it ensures consistent thread quality and dimensional precision for batch workpieces. Multiple CNC systems including Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Syntec are available for selection to meet different production demands.
