- CNC Machining Tolerances: All connection plates and splice nodes are processed using multi-axis CNC drilling machines. Hole diameter tolerances are strictly controlled within ≤ ±0.5mm, ensuring zero-force fitting for 10.9s High-Strength Friction Grip (HSFG) bolts on site.
- Node Detailing: The physical mockup above demonstrates our precise detailing for rigid connections. Web stiffeners and flange continuity plates are cut and welded to exact structural engineering specifications to prevent localized buckling.
Our fabrication facilities are designed to handle heavy industrial requirements that exceed standard light-gauge PEB limits.
- Heavy Lifting Operations: The workshops are equipped with heavy-duty double-girder overhead bridge cranes (up to 50t - 100t capacity) and supplemented by mobile cranes (e.g., SANY 50t) directly inside the shop. This allows us to handle, flip, and assemble massive built-up columns and heavy crane beams safely and efficiently.
- Automated Welding Lines: Built-up H-beams undergo continuous double-sided Submerged Arc Welding (SAW), ensuring deep penetration and minimizing heat-affected zone (HAZ) distortion.

- Oversized Plate Girders: As shown, we regularly fabricate and transport oversized plate girders and transfer beams with lengths exceeding 30 meters and single-piece weights surpassing 40 tons.
- Export Loading Configurations: For international EPC projects (particularly in the Middle East and Africa), our logistics engineering team designs custom loading plans. Oversized girders are secured on Flat Rack (FR) or Open Top (OT) containers, while standardized PEB frames are meticulously nested into 40HQ containers to maximize payload and reduce shipping costs per ton.
