Your operators have full control right at the welding joint. The standard package includes a heavy-duty remote control (10 m cable) featuring:
- Digital line speed display screen
- Roller speed adjusting knob
- Forward / Reverse direction toggles
- System Start, Stop, and Emergency Stop buttons
- Double Foot Switch: Allows the welder to start and stop the roller rotation hands-free. (Note: Direction and speed regulation are still locked in at the main remote).
- Track Trolleys (Manual or Electric): Need to handle extra-long pipes or vessels? We supply manual or fully motorized trolleys to move the roller beds along your shop rails. The electric trolley system outfits the power frame with a drive motor and the idler frame with an idler trolley, utilizing stepless speed adjustment with a smooth walking speed of 350 - 3500 mm/min.
