HBE Series L-Type Welding Positioner with Optional Vertical Lifting, Heavy-Duty Clamping, and Stepless VFD Rotation
When welding large, awkwardly shaped, or tall structural components, standard flat-table positioners often lack sufficient ground clearance when parts are tilted. The HBE Series L-Type Welding Positioner solves this challenge with its unique "L" shaped arm design that provides massive clearance, allowing operators to rotate and tilt complex workpieces into optimal welding positions where gravity works with the weld pool.

The rotary center can be equipped with a robust vertical lifting device that transforms workflow efficiency. This allows operators to lower the table to ground level for safe assembly and tack-welding of heavy parts, then elevate the entire assembly to optimal welding height. This ensures complete rotation clearance and maintains perfect ergonomic positioning for welders.
Operated via a heavy-duty, portable remote control box that can be positioned from any safe vantage point around the machine. Remote Functions Include:
