Operating Workflow
- Fixtures are manually or automatically placed onto the infeed auxiliary conveyor.
- When the welding workstation is available, fixtures are transferred directly to the processing position.
- If the workstation is occupied, fixtures are temporarily held at the buffer position.
- After solder ball welding is completed, fixtures move to the outfeed buffer and then to the outfeed auxiliary conveyor.
- Processed fixtures are removed manually or automatically, and empty fixtures are returned to the infeed side via the rear return conveyor line for the next production cycle.
