CZ333 Jade PET Resin Grades For Hot-Filling Beverage Bottles
JADE brand CZ-333 bottle-grade polyester chips deliver exceptional processing performance and product quality. These resins feature low heavy metal content, minimal acetaldehyde levels, superior color properties, and stable viscosity for consistent manufacturing results.
Our proprietary manufacturing technology ensures optimal performance across standard bottle-making equipment including SIPA, SIDEL, and ASB systems. The resin provides excellent orientation characteristics, stable crystallinity, and low internal stress, resulting in consistent thermal shrinkage, high bottle yield, and reliable performance in hot-fill applications up to 90°C.

Specifically designed for hot-fill bottle manufacturing, CZ333 resin meets sterilization requirements for medium-temperature beverages including tea and fruit juice drinks through hot bottling processes.
