K8009 Petrochina PP Plastic Granules Polypropylene Copolymer For Injection Molding

Serving as a premium high-impact PP-B polypropylene copolymer, PetroChina K8009 is a specialized resin engineered mainly for injection molding operations. It is produced by PetroChina’s branch enterprises, with Guangdong Petrochemical as one of the core manufacturers. This thermoplastic grade is famous for its unique performance balance: high rigidity paired with excellent low-temperature impact resistance. Modified with built-in ethylene-propylene rubber structures, the material possesses excellent shock resistance and can prevent crack generation under heavy physical pressure. Its moderate melt flow rate meets standard injection molding requirements, facilitating smooth mold filling and reduced molding cycle time. In terms of physical properties, it is non-toxic and odorless, shows opalescent white waxy granular form, absorbs only 0.01% water in 24 hours, and has a melting point of 164°C to 189°C.
