CZ333 Jade Polyethylene Terephthalate Granules PET Chips for Fruit Juices Bottle
Ideal for bottle applications, JADE brand's homopolyester chips "CZ-333" combine low heavy metal content, minimal acetaldehyde, excellent color, and stable viscosity for superior processability. Thanks to a proprietary recipe and advanced production technology, the material performs consistently in primary bottle-making machines (including SIPA, SIDEL, ASB), offering high orientation, stable crystallinity, and good fluidity with low stress-release. It maintains stable thermal shrinkage, and meets hot-filling needs at about 90°C. Additionally, it helps preserve beverage quality by preventing discoloration and oxidation during storage while maintaining bottle shape integrity.
Primary Applications
Its primary application is in hot-fill bottles, which are necessary for sterilizing medium-temperature beverages such as tea drinks and fruit juices during the packaging process.
