Product Overview
Featuring a high melt index and homopolymer structure, Zhongjing PP H30S provides excellent melt flow and a narrow molecular weight distribution. This results in highly consistent spinning quality and minimal filament breakage. The product also has high purity, low ash, low odor, excellent mechanical properties, high hygiene safety, and good compatibility with various processes, well suited for high-speed spinning and melt-blown non-woven fabric production.
Applications
With main applications in high-speed spinning, melt-blown and spunbonded non-woven production, Zhongjing PP H30S is widely used in protective products like medical masks and protective clothing. It is also suitable for disposable hygiene materials such as diapers and sanitary napkins, and can be found in air filtration, geotextiles, oil-absorbing pads, and various PP staple fibers and non-woven products.
