DG45S is a high-grade polypropylene homopolymer (PP-H) resin from PetroChina, specially formulated for high-speed fiber extrusion and nonwoven fabric manufacturing. Produced by PetroChina Dagang Petrochemical and marketed under the Kunlun trademark, this prime 100% virgin polypropylene resin is available in neat transparent pellets and packaged in 25-kilogram sacks (HS Code: 3902100000).
Boasting a calibrated melt flow rate of 40 g/10 min at 230°C with a 2.16kg load, the grade features superior melt flow properties. This characteristic reduces extrusion die pressure and boosts production output significantly. Meanwhile, its outstanding spinnability eliminates filament fracture in high-speed drafting processes, delivering finished fibers with consistent diameter and robust tensile strength.
