K8009 Petrochina Injection Moulding Plastic Granules Polypropylene Copolymer Resin for Battery Shell

Tailored for injection molding applications, PetroChina K8009 is a premium high-impact PP-B polypropylene copolymer resin. Manufactured by multiple PetroChina subsidiaries such as Guangdong Petrochemical, this professional thermoplastic material is widely recognized for its perfect balance of high rigidity and excellent low-temperature impact resistance. Blended with embedded ethylene-propylene rubber phases, it delivers remarkable shock resistance and effectively avoids crack formation under heavy mechanical stress. Its standard medium melt flow rate for injection molding supports seamless mold filling and shortened molding cycles. As a safe polymer material, it is non-toxic and odorless, appearing as opalescent white waxy granules, featuring ultra-low water absorption of about 0.01% within 24 hours and a melting temperature between 164°C and 189°C.
