K8003 Petrochina Virgin Polypropylene Granules High-impact Block Copolymer PP Resin

PetroChina K8003 is a high-toughness polypropylene block copolymer (PP-B) developed and produced by PetroChina, commonly available from the manufacturer’s Dushanzi and Guangdong branches. Optimized for injection molding production, the material excels in balancing structural rigidity and extreme impact resistance, making it suitable for high-performance molding scenarios. Its standard melt flow rate falls in the medium-to-low range of 2.5–3.5 g/10min when tested at 230°C with a 2.16kg load. Key mechanical parameters cover a tensile yield strength of ~26 MPa, a flexural modulus of ~1300 MPa, and an Izod impact strength of ~70 J/m.

This material’s injection molding finished products deliver superior impact resistance and good structural rigidity, which can be applied to the production of heavy-duty components and plastic turnover boxes.
