K8009 Petrochina Virgin Polypropylene Granules Injection Grade PP Resin for Household Appliances

PetroChina K8009, a top-tier high-impact polypropylene copolymer (PP-B), is a thermoplastic resin primarily designed for injection molding usage. Fabricated by PetroChina production bases including Guangdong Petrochemical, this material stands out for its integrated advantages of high structural rigidity and superior impact performance, which remains reliable at low temperatures. The incorporation of ethylene-propylene rubber matrices enhances its overall impact strength, allowing it to withstand intense physical shocks without cracking. Equipped with a medium melt flow rate typical of injection-grade resins, it enables smooth processing, rapid mold cavity filling and efficient production cycles. This polymer comes in opalescent white waxy granules, featuring non-toxic, odorless traits, 0.01% 24-hour water absorption, and a melting point spanning 164°C to 189°C.
