DG45S Petrochina PP Plastic Granules Polypropylene Homopolymer Resin for Spunbond Non-woven Fabrics

PetroChina DG45S resin is classified as a premium polypropylene homopolymer, custom-developed to support high-speed fiber extrusion and non-woven manufacturing workflows. This 100% virgin PP-H material is manufactured at PetroChina Dagang Petrochemical and sold under the official Kunlun brand; it is distributed in the form of pure transparent pellets packed in 25kg bags (HS Code: 3902100000). Tested at 230°C under a 2.16kg load, its melt flow rate is fixed at the optimal 40 g/10 min standard. Great melt fluidity is achieved with this formulation, which minimizes extruder die pressure and optimizes processing throughput. Superior spinnability is retained throughout processing, stopping filament breakage during high-speed drawing and securing uniform fiber diameter and stable high tensile strength.

Sensitive medical and hygiene application scenarios are highly compatible with DG45S due to its stable pure resin properties. The material is broadly adopted to produce spunbond non-woven fabrics configured for medical face masks and protective gowns. Moreover, DG45S is vastly pursued in mass production of staple fibers, industrial filtration media, civil engineering geotextiles and carpet filament yarns.
