Manufactured by PetroChina, K8003 is a high-impact PP block copolymer resin, which is conventionally provided by the enterprise’s Dushanzi and Guangdong subsidiaries. This material is professionally designed for injection molding processes that require both reliable structural stiffness and exceptional impact resistance. Categorized as a PP-B impact copolymer, it possesses a medium-low melt fluidity, with an MFR value of 2.5 to 3.5 g/10min at 230°C/2.16kg. The resin’s key mechanical indicators are as follows: tensile yield strength at 26 MPa approximately, flexural modulus at around 1300 MPa, and Izod impact strength at roughly 70 J/m.
