Z30S Petrochina Virgin Polypropylene Granules Homopolymer Resin for Hygiene Products
PetroChina Z30S is a high-flow homopolymer polypropylene resin engineered for high-speed fiber spinning and non-woven fabric applications. Sold as white translucent pellets, it features a melt flow rate (MFR) of 18–32 g/10 min and a melting point of 164°C–170°C. It offers excellent processing fluidity, minimal ash content, and strong resistance to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
Industrially versatile, Z30S is heavily utilized in medical & hygiene products (surgical gowns, diapers), textiles represented by BCF carpet yarns and staple fibers, and industrial safety equipment like seat belts and heavy-duty straps.
