ACEY-BP24-50A120A BMS tester is designed for functional and performance testing of battery protection boards in lithium battery packs. The system features high automation, fast testing speed, and high precision. It supports comprehensive testing of 13 key BMS functions, including overcharge, overcharge recovery, over-discharge, over-discharge recovery, overcurrent (charging and discharging), internal resistance, self-discharge, short-circuit protection, overcharge protection time, overcurrent protection time, over-discharge protection time, balancing current, and balancing voltage. The tester is compatible with ternary lithium (NCM/NCA), lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄), and lithium cobalt oxide (LiCoO₂) battery protection boards, providing a reliable solution for quality control in battery pack assembly.
