ACEY-BCT506R-512H lithium battery charge and discharge machine is designed for lithium battery capacity grading and performance evaluation. Equipment Structure
- Independent CPU board, dual keyboard board, independent operation on both front and rear sides, unified control for the entire cabinet;
- 8-channel constant current and constant voltage control module;
- Bidirectional AC/DC inverter module;
- Flat-head clamp, pallet-type manual clamping.
Energy Feedback Working Principle
During charging, the bidirectional power supply converts AC to 12V DC, and the constant current boards control and monitor the charging of the battery. During discharging, the process is reversed: the constant current boards first raise the battery voltage to 12V, and then the bidirectional power supply converts the DC back to AC, feeding it directly into the facility’s AC distribution network. This enables the recovery of energy from discharged batteries.
