ACEY-BCT5200-32P prismatic battery charge discharge tester is a high-precision charge and discharge testing system designed for lithium battery cell capacity grading. It supports independent control of each channel, ensuring accurate measurement of voltage, current, and capacity during charge/discharge cycles. With built-in energy regeneration technology, the energy released during battery discharge is fed back to the power grid, significantly reducing power consumption and heat generation. The equipment features stable performance, high efficiency, and reliable data consistency, making it suitable for battery manufacturers and pack assembly lines requiring large-scale, energy-saving capacity testing.
Equipment Features
- Independent channel design: Each cell is driven by its own CC/CV source, ensuring stable operation without current or voltage shock.
- PC & local control: Controlled by an STM32 MCU, the system supports PC-based operation with full data and curve storage, as well as standalone operation via the built-in keypad for test setup and cell sorting.
- Real-time monitoring & protection: The status of each cell is continuously monitored. If an abnormal condition is detected, the affected channel stops automatically and provides visual indication.
- Power failure recovery: Equipped with power-off protection, allowing the system to resume the previous test process automatically after power is restored.
- High-accuracy measurement: Four-wire measurement architecture is used to ensure precise voltage and current acquisition.
- Modular structure: Modular design simplifies maintenance and reduces downtime.
