ACEY-BIT150-200A200A battery charge discharge comprehensive tester is designed for lithium-ion battery pack production testing, integrating production test and calibration modes in a single unit. It can operate both as a comprehensive tester and as an electronic load, delivering stable and reliable performance for factory quality control. During testing, no surge current is generated in the event of power loss or BMS MOSFET shutdown, ensuring the protection board of the battery pack is not damaged. The system supports MES integration, features a built-in database with Excel report generation, offers a step-by-step test mode with automatically adjustable test sequences, and allows chassis expansion to meet different production requirements.
