Product Description
ACEY-BIT200-300A600A battery comprehensive tester is used for comprehensive performance testing of lithium-ion power battery packs for energy storage modules, electric vehicles, electric scooters, AGVs, and garden tools. It supports all series of batteries with CH+ / P+ / CH− / P− terminals and is suitable for testing both semi-finished and finished products in the production process. The main test items include battery open-circuit voltage, AC internal resistance, continuous charge and discharge current and voltage, charge and discharge over-current protection, short-circuit protection response time, over-current delay, and post-test voltage verification.
Test Items
- Voltage: Measures voltage twice—no-load voltage and post-test voltage (especially after short-circuit protection) to verify battery condition. Voltage range: 0–120 V.
- Internal Resistance: Measures AC internal resistance at 1000 Hz. Range: 0–4000 mΩ.
- Charge Over-current Protection Current: Verifies BMS protection against excessive charge current. If no protection is present, continuous charge current is applied. Range: 0–100 A.
- Continuous Charge Current: For batteries without charge over-current protection, the charge current is set to match the charger. Range: 0–100 A.
- Charge Voltage Monitoring: Monitors voltage limits during continuous charging to detect over-range conditions. Range: 0–120 V.
- Discharge Over-current Protection & Delay: Tests automatic protection when discharge current exceeds the set value. Range: 0–500 A, max power 60 kW. Supports step and fast test modes.
- Continuous Discharge Current: Verifies the battery’s ability to sustain normal operating discharge current. Range: 0–500 A.
- Discharge Voltage Monitoring: Monitors voltage limits during continuous discharge. Range: 0–120 V.
- Short-circuit Protection Time: Measures BMS response time during momentary short circuit. Typical requirement <1000 μs. Max short-circuit current resistance up to approx. 5000 A.
- Cell Voltage Monitoring: Dynamic monitoring of individual cell voltage during charge and discharge.
- Charge / Discharge Voltage Rise & Drop: Compares end-of-charge voltage with static voltage, and end-of-discharge voltage with initial voltage, to evaluate voltage rise and drop.
