ACEY-BA60100-4 battery aging test equipment is designed for aging tests of battery packs including NCM, LiFePO₄, lead-acid, NiMH, and NiCd chemistries, suitable for battery packs with a common charge and discharge port.
- Stable and adjustable output voltage from 10V to 100V, with adjustable output current from 100mA to 60A, ensuring precise charge and discharge control.

Software Step Settings Requirements
- Charge – Constant current charging with soft-start to prevent inrush current. In continuous mode, constant current and constant voltage (CCCV) charging is supported with hardware automatically switching between modes. The transition from constant current to constant voltage is smooth, without any current spikes.
- Discharge – Constant current discharge with soft-start, ensuring no inrush current during startup.
- Rest – Current loop is disconnected, but data acquisition continues uninterrupted.
- Cycle – Supports programmable step looping based on actual test requirements, including multi-level nested cycles.
- Stop – Channel is completely stopped, with the battery fully disconnected from the equipment.
