The ACEY-CCD01C CCD Tester is an automated visual inspection system designed specifically for lithium-ion battery pack assembly. Powered by an industrial computer and fitted with a high-definition camera, the device accurately identifies the polarity of battery terminals, thereby preventing short circuits caused by incorrect orientation during welding.

Featuring a conveyor belt design, it automatically returns or passes batteries based on inspection results, greatly enhancing the efficiency of the battery pack assembly line.
