The ACEY-8000T Gantry-Type Battery Spot Welding Machine is designed for welding cylindrical and polymer battery cells to nickel-plated steel strips or pure nickel strips during battery pack assembly. It supports series and parallel configurations of various cell formats including 18650, 21700, 26650, 32650, 32700, 32140, and 33140.
This machine is widely applied in power tool batteries, energy storage battery packs, e-bike batteries, solar street light batteries, consumer lithium batteries, and various industrial applications.
