5V 40A Pouch Cell Capacity Testing & Grading Machine With Energy Recovery
The ACEY-PCT540-128 pouch lithium ion cell grading machine is designed to measure voltage, capacity, and other parameters during the formation and grading stages of pouch lithium batteries. Based on the measured data, the system enables cell classification, statistical analysis, and data upload and sharing.
This equipment accommodates pouch batteries with a width of 25-170 mm, length of 20-240 mm, thickness of 2-20 mm, and tab center distance of 5-19 mm. It features 128 test channels, each equipped with an independent constant-current and constant-voltage hardware control circuit that supports start, stop, pause, resume, and protection functions.
- Independent single-channel control with dedicated CC/CV sources ensures stable operation through 8-channel programmable CC/CV modules
- APM32 microcontroller control with PC connectivity supports data storage, curve recording, keyboard operation, and cell sorting
- Real-time monitoring is provided for each channel, with automatic shutdown and indicator alarm activated under abnormal conditions
- Power-failure protection enables automatic process recovery upon power restoration
- MOSFET power devices make the system suitable for low-voltage discharge cells, such as LiFePO₄ batteries
- Graphical interface displays voltage, current, time, and capacity with clear status indication
- Measurement accuracy of 0.05% is achieved with 1-second data logging intervals
- Four-wire (Kelvin) measurement combined with modular design ensures high accuracy and simplified maintenance
