High-Precision 60V 300A Battery Pack Charge Discharge Cycle Tester for ESS Packs
The ACEY-BA60300-16 is a high-performance regenerative battery pack charge-discharge tester designed for production testing, quality inspection, and life cycle evaluation of lithium battery packs. With a voltage range of 10V-60V and a charge/discharge current capability of 300A, the system accurately measures battery pack performance while feeding discharge energy back to the power grid, significantly reducing operating costs.
Each testing channel operates independently, enabling different battery packs to run customized testing programs simultaneously. The equipment is suitable for long-term cycling, capacity verification, performance validation, and aging tests for EV batteries, energy storage batteries, and industrial battery packs.
