A servo motor, screw module, and planetary reducer drive the stacking and extrusion process, managed by a pressure controller. With an extrusion stacking thrust exceeding 500KG, the machine is simple to operate and allows real-time control of stacking stroke and pressure. Triple protection—software limits, hardware limits, and pressure limits—prevents battery over-extrusion and ensures highly controllable extrusion precision.
