CNC Stainless Steel UAV Engine Exhaust Flange for Gas Powered Fixed Wing Drones

This custom CNC machined exhaust flange is designed for small gasoline powered fixed wing UAV engines, connecting the engine exhaust outlet to a matching pipe or silencer assembly. The exhaust port and bolt pattern must align with the engine interface, while the machined sealing land provides the specified surface for the exhaust gasket.

A suitable heat resistant stainless steel grade can withstand higher temperatures than many general purpose aluminum alloys, but the selected material must match the engine's exhaust temperature, thermal cycling and corrosion environment.

Before production, confirm the engine model, exhaust opening profile, bolt spacing, gasket dimensions, material grade and expected operating temperature. Port alignment, sealing face flatness and bolt hole locations should be checked against the engine drawing before the flange is installed.
