As a critical heat exchanger component, our pillow plates feature unique manufacturing using advanced laser welding technology. The process involves precise splicing and fixture alignment followed by laser welding, then expansion via air or hydraulic methods to meet specific process requirements.
Our enhanced pillow plates are integrated into wide channel plate heat exchangers for saltwater wastewater incineration systems. These systems handle flue gas containing high concentrations of inorganic salt dust, which can corrode metal materials. Our design effectively controls dust accumulation through optimized flue gas side spacing and plate height parameters.
