Product Introduction
This catalytic oxidation system utilizes wide-channel plate heat exchangers as core components. The cold side processes waste gas containing propylene, propane, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acrolein, acetic acid, and acrylic acid, while the hot side handles flue gas. The wide channel plate heat exchanger maintains catalytic reaction temperatures within ±2°C of design specifications, ensuring optimal catalyst performance.
