Dual Recovery Water Tube Boiler Corner Tube Structure Compact Layout
Unlike traditional boilers, the corner tube boiler features a four-corner pressure-bearing circulation structure and achieves efficient energy conversion through an integrated membrane heat exchange interface. The system includes a built-in fuel compatibility platform for seamless switching between oil and gas fuel types, combined with intelligent temperature control strategies to precisely match wide adjustment requirements for steam/hot water production capacity. This design is particularly suitable for regional deployment with changing energy policies.
The corner tube boiler encloses the furnace and flue with a fully enclosed membrane water-cooled wall, combined with a flag-type heating surface structure, achieving thermal efficiency of ≥92% (exhaust temperature ≤120℃). The system can be equipped with optional spiral fin tube economizers or ORC waste heat power generation modules, increasing overall energy efficiency to 97%.

This laboratory is equipped with advanced detection equipment including ICP inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry, atomic absorption spectrophotometry, atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry, high-temperature combustion ion chromatography analyzer, high-temperature combustion rate analyzer, and rapid equilibrium flash point tester. It possesses capabilities for heavy metal analysis, elemental analysis, off-gas calorific value analysis, ash melting point detection, incineration boiler water quality testing, sewage analysis, and volatile waste analysis.
