This R3 textile braided hydraulic hose adopts an integrally extruded joint-free synthetic rubber inner tube with uniform wall thickness, effectively eliminating fluid leakage and ensuring stable and smooth medium transmission. It is reinforced with two layers of high-strength textile braids, endowing the hose with outstanding flexibility, light weight and stable pressure resistance, perfectly suitable for various low and medium-pressure hydraulic systems. The outer cover is made of high-quality anti-abrasive synthetic rubber, which features excellent resistance to oil, fuel and diverse atmospheric conditions, enabling stable long-term operation in complex industrial and outdoor environments. This hose matches professional no-skive PUSH-ON-R3 ferrules and customizable PUSH-ON-R3 inserts, realizing simple, fast and safe assembly without rubber peeling process. It is fully approved by MSHA, BV, GOST, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, DAKKS, SGS, MA and DEKRA, meeting global authoritative quality and safety standards. With a stable working pressure of 39–105 Bar (566–1523 PSI) and a long impulse life of no less than 150,000 cycles, the hose delivers durable and reliable performance. It supports wide-range temperature use, including -40 °C to +100 °C for standard fluids (120 °C for intermittent operation), -40 °C to +70 °C for water-based fluids and 0 °C to +70 °C for hot air. It is widely applicable to petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, glycol-water based fluids, water and lubricants. Note that prolonged operation under extreme temperatures will reduce the service life of the hose.
