The internal hose is made of synthetic rubber, extruded integrally without joints and with uniform thickness; its reinforcement structure consists of 4 layers of high tensile steel wire spiral for sizes up to 1'', and 6 layers of spiral for sizes from 1-1/4'' to 2''. The outer covering is anti-abrasive synthetic rubber that is resistant to oils, fuels and atmospheric conditions. For fittings, it adopts no-skive Type DPFR13 ferrule and DPXR13-XX insert (X is selectable), and is approved by multiple certifications including MSHA, BV, GOST, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, DAKKS, SGS, MA and DEKRA. Its working pressure is 350 Bar (5075 PSI), and the impulse times are no less than 500,000. The working temperature ranges from -40 °C to +120 °C (intermittently up to 125 °C), -40 °C to +70 °C for water-based fluids, and 0 °C to +70 °C for hot air, noting that prolonged operation at extreme temperatures will reduce the hose’s service life. It is suitable for petroleum-based hydraulic fluids (mineral oils), glycol-water based fluids, water and lubricants.
