BS EN 853 1ST Wire Braided Hydraulic Hose Advantages
1.The inner tube is made of synthetic rubber, integrally extruded without joints, ensuring uniform thickness and excellent sealing performance.
2.Equipped with 1 layer of steel wire braid reinforcement, providing stable burst pressure and strong resistance to deformation.
3.Outer cover adopts anti-abrasive synthetic rubber, with good resistance to oils, fuels and atmospheric conditions, suitable for harsh working environments.
4.Wide working pressure range (40–250 Bar / 580–3625 PSI) and long service life with impulse times ≥ 150,000 times.
5.Wide operating temperature range from -40 °C to +100 °C, compatible with various media including mineral oils, water-based fluids and lubricants.
6.Fitted with No-skive ferrule DPF2T and insert DPX1XX (customizable), easy to assemble and reliable in connection.
7.Fully certified with MSHA, BV, GOST, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, DAKKS, SGS, MA and DEKRA, meeting international quality standards.
