This SAE R19 high pressure wire braided hydraulic hose is designed for heavy-duty hydraulic systems where superior pressure resistance and reliability are critical. Constructed with a seamless synthetic rubber inner tube, two layers of high-tensile steel wire braid reinforcement, and a highly durable outer cover, it delivers stable performance under extreme working conditions.
The hose features excellent resistance to oil, fuel, abrasion, and atmospheric weathering, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. With certifications including MSHA, BV, GOST, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, DAKKS, SGS, MA, and DEKRA, it meets international quality and safety standards.
Operating at a maximum working pressure of 280 Bar (4060 PSI) and withstanding over 200,000 impulse cycles, this hose ensures long service life and stable transmission in demanding environments. It is compatible with mineral oils, biological oils, glycol-water mixtures, water, and general lubricants.
