The Super Impulse ISO 18752 4DC & 6DC Exceed R15 Hydraulic Hose is a top-tier ultra-high pressure hydraulic hose from JDE's Exact Flex series, engineered with American technology for extreme heavy-duty industrial applications.
It features a seamless extruded synthetic rubber inner tube, 4 layers of high-tensile steel wire spiral (for sizes up to 1") / 6 layers of spiral (for sizes 1-1/4" to 2") reinforcement, and an anti-abrasive synthetic rubber cover. Designed for 1,000,000+ impulse cycles and ultra-high working pressure, it far exceeds the performance of standard SAE 100R15 hoses, delivering industry-leading durability, fatigue resistance, and safety in the most demanding hydraulic systems.
