Advanced Screw Rotor Profile Design
The curved face of the rotors engages fully, contributing to hydrodynamic lubrication film formation, reducing lateral leakage contact zones, and improving compressor efficiency while enhancing rotor processing and testing performance.
Utilizing a "bigger rotor, bigger bearing, low-speed" design philosophy, operating speeds are 30-50% lower than competing brands, resulting in reduced noise and vibration, lower compressed air temperatures, improved rotor rigidity, extended service life, and reduced sensitivity to impurities and oil carbonization.
Fully meets or exceeds national standard ISO/GB19153-2003.9001,4001 "air compressors energy efficiency limit" requirements.

TOP-level electric motor selected
Only electric motors from renowned manufacturers are utilized, featuring an IP55-66 protection rating, TEFC enclosure, SF 1.2 service factor, and IE3–IE6 efficiency classes. As a standard feature, the drive motor is monitored both thermally (via the motor's thermistors) and electronically (via the variable frequency drive's overload protection).

Oil Separation System
Compressors with power ratings up to 250kW are equipped with an external separator that can be replaced via a simple spin-on/spin-off process. Larger units feature an internal separator cartridge. Thanks to the exceptional separation efficiency of the entire system, the compressor is suitable for operation within a pressure range of 5.0 to 20.0 bar. Special pressure ratings are available upon request.

The oil volume within the equipment is determined in a manner designed to extend oil change intervals (subject to ambient conditions).
An oil level sensor is integrated as a standard feature and is monitored by the controller. All units in this series are equipped with a horizontal oil separation vessel, in which oil is efficiently separated from the compressed air at low velocities.
