Oil Circuit System
The amount of oil in the units is determined to extend oil change intervals (depending on ambient conditions). An oil level sensor is integrated as standard and is read by the controller. All units in this series feature a horizontal oil separation vessel where oil is separated from compressed air highly efficiently at low speeds.
Oil Separation System
Compressors up to 132 kW are equipped with external separators that can be changed in a simple spin-off/spin-on process. Larger units have an internal separator cartridge. Due to the excellent separation efficiency of the system, the compressors can be used in the pressure range of 5.0 to 15.0 bar. Special pressures available on request.
Electric Motor
Only electric motors from well-known manufacturers of protection class IP55/IE3&4 are used. As standard, the drive motors are monitored both thermally (via the motor thermistor) and electronically (overload protection via the frequency inverter).

The AIRERA 7.5kW high-pressure series features a reinforced airend capable of stable 1.3MPa output. Compared to standard 0.8MPa units, it significantly improves cutting thickness and speed, making it the perfect partner for small-to-medium laser machines.
Q2: What is the Free Air Delivery (FAD) for the 7.5kW model? Can it support multiple stations?
At standard 0.8MPa, the flow is approximately 1.1 - 1.2 m³/min. At 1.3MPa high pressure, it provides about 0.7 - 0.8 m³/min. This is ample and highly economical for a single 1500W-3000W laser cutter or 3-5 standard pneumatic workstations.
