When a single-stage compressor pushes for high pressure (e.g., above 1.0 MPa), an excessive pressure ratio leads to severe internal backflow leakage and overheating. AIRERA’s two-stage compression distributes the total pressure ratio across two pairs of rotors working in series, with inter-cooling in between. This significantly minimizes internal leakage and maximizes volumetric efficiency, delivering 10%–15% more air output than a single-stage model at the same power input. This drastically lowers the specific power consumption, saving you a massive amount on electricity bills in the long run.
Oil-injected screw technology is currently the most mature and cost-effective solution in the industry, as the oil provides exceptional sealing, lubrication, and cooling, which greatly extends the equipment lifespan. To ensure air quality, AIRERA is equipped with a high-efficiency 3-stage oil-gas separation system, keeping the residual oil mist content to an absolute minimum (typically $le 3text{ppm}$).
