Leadsun Refractory supply several grades of insulating brick for use in applications from 900℃ to 1760℃.Each grade of brick is formulated to meet specific thermal and physical requirements.After firing each brick is machined to close dimensional tolerances.

Insulating bricks are manufactured utilising exceptionally high purity clays or mullite or other ceramic materials.The carefully graded organics which are used during the manufacturing process burn out during firing to give a uniform pore structure.

Mullite Insulating Brick Application:

The mullite bricks are widely applied to industrial furnace, glass furnace, chemical industrial furnace, utility industry furnace lining, smelting furnace, and heat insulation ventilation wall.Mullite Insulation Brick is mainly used for lining of blast furnace, hot blast furnace, electric furnace roof, reverberatory furnace and rotary kiln. In addition, high alumina bricks also widely used as open hearth regenerative lattice brick, pouring system with plug, such as nozzle brick.
