Description:

Calcium aluminate CA-70/80 is used for manufacturing good property low cement refractory castable, or unshaped bulk refractory materials, which are used in high temperature, high pressure, and reducing condition. It is also high quality binder of refractory castable, which is extensively applied in chemical industry, metallurgical industry, building material, petroleum industry, ceramic industry etc.


High Alumina Cement (previously called bauxite cement) is a kind of grinding hydraulic cementing

materials with clinker about 50% alumina content and has calcium aluminate as the main material,

which is also called refractory cement, which can be made to low cement high alumina castable to build

or repair all kinds of furnace and kilns for thermal insulation or acid erosion resistance with high strength.

High alumina cement is mainly used in urgent project schedules, such as pressure defense, road and special

repair projects

According to the different content of Al2O3,they can have totally foue types:CA50,CA60,CA70 and CA80.CA-50, CA-70, CA-80, the alumina content is greater than 48%, 68% and 77% respectively. Its refractoriness is greater than 1650°C. The use temperature can reach 1800℃, and the impurity content is lower than other common cements.


Application

1. Furnaces of metallurgy industry, heat treatment furnace.
2. Furnace of incineration of garbage, recirculating fluidized bed furnace.
3. Furnaces of chemical industry and construction industry.

Flow of Production:

Raw Material Preparation: Select suitable refractory materials and crush and grind them.
Batching and Mixing: Weigh and mix various raw materials according to the formula requirements, and add binders and moisture.
Molding: Press the mixed slurry into shape, or form it by extrusion.
Drying: Dry the formed bricks naturally or quickly to remove excess moisture.
Firing: Firing the dried bricks in a high-temperature kiln to form a stable refractory structure, and then cool it.
Inspection: Check the appearance, size, and physical properties to ensure that they meet quality standards.
Packaging and Storage: Pack qualified refractory bricks and store them under appropriate conditions.
Shipping: Ship the packaged refractory bricks to customers according to order requirements.
