Industrial Low Cement Castable is a premium refractory material containing 70% Al₂O₃, specially designed for steel plants, kilns,and high-temperature industrial applications.With low cement content, it provides minimal shrinkage and cracking, excellent mechanical strength, and thermal shock resistance,ensuring durable performance under extreme heat conditions.This castable is widely used in electric arc furnaces, ladle linings, converters, and industrial kilns, suitable for both new constructions and maintenance repairs. Bulk supply is available for industrial clients worldwide.
Low cement castable is based on the use of low calcium aluminate cement content, and they are used in many applications that require high refractoriness, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. They possess a uniform structure with low porosity; have high temperature strength throughout the low and intermediate temperature range.
The content of CaO of low cement castable is usually less than 3%,so it insure the castable have a good strength in mid-temperature.
