CA50 A600 A700 CA70 CA80 High Alumina Refractory Cement Castable Firebrick Cement
Our CA series High Alumina Cement (also known as Calcium Aluminate Cement or refractory cement) is a high-performance hydraulic cementing material, manufactured by grinding clinker with calcium aluminate as the main component. With alumina (Al2O3) content ranging from 50% to over 77%, it serves as the critical high-strength binder for manufacturing premium low cement and ultra-low cement refractory castables. It enables the construction and repair of all types of furnaces and kilns, offering excellent thermal insulation, acid erosion resistance, and high strength, and is particularly valued for urgent repair projects and demanding schedules.

- Rapid-Hardening & High Early Strength: Achieves high compressive and rupture strength within 1-3 days, accelerating project timelines.
- Exceptional High-Temperature Performance: Refractoriness exceeds 1650°C, with a service temperature capable of reaching 1800°C, suitable for various atmospheres.
- Superior Bonding & Integrity: Forms a strong, integral bond with furnace linings and aggregates, ensuring monolithic structural integrity.
- Excellent Durability: Exhibits good resistance to corrosion, high wear resistance, and high thermal shock stability.
- Optimized Workability: Features stable physical performance, low water requirement, and rapid, complete wet hydration for easier mixing and placement.
- Low Impurity Content: Contains lower levels of impurities (SiO2, Fe2O3, R2O) compared to common cements, enhancing high-temperature properties.
This cement is extensively applied as the key binder in unshaped refractories for:
- Metallurgy & Heat Treatment: Linings for various industrial furnaces.
- Power & Environmental: Circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers and waste incineration furnaces.
- Chemical, Petroleum & Ceramics: High-temperature reactors, kilns, and processing units.
- Construction & Special Projects: Urgent repair projects, roadways, and other applications requiring rapid, high-strength cementitious materials.
We ensure consistent quality through a controlled production process: from raw material selection and precise batching, to grinding, mixing, and final packaging. Every batch is subject to inspection to meet stringent quality standards for appearance, chemical composition, and physical properties before being shipped to our customers.
It is more than just a binder; it's the foundation for building durable, high-performance refractory linings. By enabling the production of low-cement castables with superior density, strength, and corrosion resistance, our CA-series cement directly contributes to longer furnace campaign life, reduced maintenance downtime, and overall lower cost of ownership for your high-temperature assets.
