Kiln AZS 33# 36# 41# Brick Fused Zirconia Corundum Brick High Glass Corrosion Resistant
Leadsun AZS Brick (Fused Zirconia Corundum Brick) is manufactured by melting high-purity alumina powder and zircon sand (containing ~65% ZrO₂ and ~34% SiO₂) in an electric arc furnace, followed by casting into molds and controlled cooling. This oxidation fused-cast process results in a dense, homogeneous structure with exceptional resistance to glass corrosion, thermal shock, and chemical erosion. It is widely used in glass furnaces, non-ferrous metal smelting furnaces, and pure steel furnaces.
