Fused Cast AZS Brick Zirconia Corundum Brick For Glass Furnace
Fused Cast AZS (Zirconia Corundum) Bricks are produced by electrically melting high-purity alumina powder and zircon sand, then casting into molds and cooling. The main components are Al₂O₃, ZrO₂, and SiO₂.
These bricks offer high strength, excellent thermal shock resistance, strong corrosion resistance to molten glass, high refractoriness under load, and high density. They are widely used in glass melting furnaces, non-ferrous metal furnaces, and special steel furnaces, especially in glass-contact and superstructure areas.
According to ZrO₂ content, AZS bricks are classified into AZS 33, AZS 36, and AZS 41. Standard and customized shapes are available to meet different application requirements.
