High Alumina Refractory Brick 55%–85% Al₂O₃ With High Refractorines
High Alumina Refractory Brick 55%–85% Al₂O₃ With High Refractorines
Leadsun high alumina refractory bricks are manufactured from selected bauxite chamotte through advanced processes and strict quality control. Composed mainly of corundum and mullite phases, they offer excellent high-temperature strength and chemical corrosion resistance.

Advantages
1. High Temperature Resistance
High alumina bricks offer excellent thermal stability and can withstand temperatures up to 1750°C, maintaining reliable performance in high-temperature environments.
2. High Bulk Density
The dense structure provides high mechanical strength, strong load-bearing capacity, and good wear resistance.
3. Low Iron Content
Low iron impurities improve refractoriness and stability, preventing unwanted reactions at high temperatures.
4. Good Erosion Resistance
Excellent resistance to chemical erosion and slag corrosion, ensuring longer service life in harsh industrial conditions.
