High Alumina Brick Thermal Resistant Insulation Brick HA60 HA70 HA75 HA80 Custom Size Options for High Temperature Industrial
High-alumina brick is a shaped refractory material in refractory brick products, manufactured from refractory clay or other refractory raw materials. As part of the silicon-alumina series, it is widely used alongside clay bricks, magnesia bricks, corundum bricks, mullite bricks, and silicon carbide bricks. Classification is based on Al2O3 content: Class I (>75%), Class II (60-75%), and Class III (48-60%).
High alumina bricks feature higher refractoriness compared to clay bricks and semi-silica bricks. With substantial Al2O3 content approaching neutral refractory materials, they effectively resist erosion from both acidic and alkaline slags. Available in multiple grades including 60, 70, 75, and 80 based on AL2O3 content.
- Main raw material: High bauxite clinker
- Key features: Excellent wear resistance, high fire resistance (1750-1790°C), superior impact resistance, extended service life, resistance to acid slag erosion
- Applications: Blast furnaces, hot blast stoves, hot air pipes, hot metal ladles, and incinerators
