The Schneider Electric SmartX IP-IO-DI10 (Part No. SXWIPIOAA10001) is an IP-connected 10-channel digital input remote I/O module for EcoStruxure Building Operation. This module enables distributed monitoring of digital field devices over Ethernet without running field wiring back to the main control panel.

This module is deployed in large buildings, campuses, and industrial facilities where digital monitoring points (pump status, valve open/closed, alarm contacts, door switches) are located far from the main BAS panel. IP-IO modules eliminate long cable runs from remote plant rooms or rooftop equipment to the main panel, reducing installation cost and cable management complexity. Each module extends the I/O reach of any SmartX controller over the building's IP network.
