The UP 562S32 KNX flush-mount actuator integrates two independent switching channels into a compact 60 mm appliance box device. Each channel provides one relay contact rated for AC 230 V, with a combined 16 A rating across both outputs. Three binary inputs accept potential-free contacts for local switching status detection and direct output control, with an input poll voltage of approximately 5 V and a maximum cable length of 10 m. Bus-powered electronics and an integrated bus coupling unit enable direct connection to the KNX bus. The device supports KNX Data Secure and is firmware-updateable.

Switching outputs can be configured as NO or NC contacts, with status feedback, cyclical monitoring, adjustable delays, staircase function, scene control, logic operations, operating hours counting, and forced or central switching. In solar protection mode, the unit controls venetian blinds, shutters, awnings, louvers, and roof windows with slat adjustment and alarm response.
